Summary: Based in New York City, EnterSolar is the preferred national provider of solar energy systems to the commercial marketplace. Position Expectations: The Site Superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of solar, solar+storage, and EV charging station construction projects, including managing and coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and project site safety. The Superintendent also coordinates among Company project stakeholders, including engineering, design, procurement, construction, and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) teams. The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager or Director of Project Management or VP of Project Management.
Projected Timeframe of Position: 6-9 months

Supervision of Others:
Provide direction to, manage, supervise, and resolve problems among multiple (up to 10 per project) project subcontractors and vendors.
This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors, with approximately 30% of time spent indoors (site trailer) utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment, and 70% of time spent outside on the project site(s). Frequent travel required to project sites and Company offices. Short- and long-term (6-9 months) stays at project site locations which may be outside of the employee’s home state are required. Weekend and holiday work may be required to meet construction deadlines.
With prior approval, the Superintendent can incur costs to support the project, such as purchasing and providing materials, snacks for workers, and first aid items. The Superintendent does not have authorization to execute agreements that make fiscal commitments for the Company (subcontracts, change orders, work authorizations).

The Project Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support during the detailed engineering & construction stage of projects and will be exposed to all aspects of projects. We are looking for bright undergraduate students who wish to (virtually) learn about solar policy, financing, and development. The Business Development Intern will be a part of the Business Development Analyst team who provides support for the sales efforts of the company. The program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking.
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for supporting EnterSolar’s core origination efforts through research, analysis, and deal support. A Business Development Analyst must become an expert in the market/area of their focus and provide recommendations on the best course of action for the development of assigned deals.
The currently virtual position requires strong financial modeling proficiency, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be intellectually curious, have a passion for renewable energy and be self-motivated, quick-learners. The Business Development Analyst will work directly with the firm’s senior professionals and will have the opportunity to get involved in every aspect of the solar project development business.
EnterSolar is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator. The position is temporarily based remotely but will be based permanently in our New York headquarters.
The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple solar energy projects, through completion, at any given time. The responsibilities include coordination with the utilities and townships, permitting, resource management, incentive management, contractor negotiation, and construction management. The Project Management Coordinator facilitates communication with various parties (e.g. subcontractors, vendors, etc.) throughout the entire project.

MaxSolar is now accepting applications for an O&M Technician to cover our Massachusetts/Connecticut regions. The O&M Technician will be required to troubleshoot and resolve solar PV and battery storage system issues; including emergency repairs/corrective maintenance, design change requirements, and equipment modifications/upgrades. This individual will also be responsible for Preventative Maintenance activities to support system performance of O&M portfolio, as well as, QA/QC inspections, system commissioning and pre-con site assessments.
This position requires significant travel throughout the east coast.

This is a paid internship position with potential for full-time employment in June 2021 based on evaluation of work performance. Office hours are generally from 9am-6pm, and flexible hours are allowed.
EnterSolar is seeking a Director of Origination to lead a team of solar sales professionals operating nationally to originate onsite solar and storage opportunities for large business enterprises. Their priority will be managing the early-mid stage sales process to maintain a growing and balanced pipeline of new projects, while directing sales strategies that result in YoY growth. This individual will have a strong understanding of commercial and industrial solar markets, project financing and utility/state incentive programs. A successful Director of Origination will bring a track record of C&I sales success working with enterprise customers and real estate entities on complex transactions and will be able to motivate and guide a team of seasoned sales professionals with a steady hand. They must also be eager to address the challenges of growth while making their mark on EnterSolar’s success.
The Director of Origination will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development and will be supported by the Marketing, Project Development, Analytics, Engineering, and Construction teams at EnterSolar to provide our enterprise customers with completely turnkey and consultative solar and storage services.
