The Data & Reporting Analyst will be a critical member of both the digital team and the business units, centered on analyzing, documenting and improving critical business processes, with a specific focus on Salesforce and Tableau/Power BI capabilities. The Talent Specialist will work closely with the Director, Human Resources on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and training. The Development Coordinator will sit on the Business Development team at EnterSolar, and will be responsible for the preparation, submission, approval, and close-out of all state/local financial incentives for assigned solar, storage and EV projects. A successful Development Coordinator will be the subject matter expert for all relevant incentive rules, conditions and incentive program changes. They will provide ongoing incentive research to support Business Development activities and overall project strategy. The Development Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking state/local incentives and processes in an internal database, and ensure that all project-level incentive details are accurately reflected in Salesforce.
The Development Coordinator will work closely with the entire Business Development team and will gain substantial exposure to national large-commercial solar and storage development. The Development Coordinator will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Project Development & Operations. The position is full-time and will be based permanently in our New York City headquarters with remote flexibility. Remote candidates are encouraged to apply.
The Permitting Associate is responsible for leading the discretionary permitting process (conditional-use and special-use permits) for EnterSolar’s commercial solar and storage pipeline. This individual must exhibit technical knowledge of solar projects, have experience obtaining discretionary permits, be highly organized, collaborative, and possess strong leadership skills. As part of the Project Development team, the Permitting Associate will work closely with other project developers, salespeople and internal stakeholders to ensure the clear understanding, submission, and execution of all discretionary permits. The Permitting Associate will also lead all external engagement with civil sub-contractors and legal counsel on deliverables, designs, and project schedules, and represent EnterSolar at town planning board meetings. The Permitting Associate will also guide the implementation of processes and software necessary to successfully execute permitting approvals.

Position Expectations: The Site Superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of solar, solar+storage, and EV charging station construction projects, including managing and coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and project site safety. The Superintendent also coordinates among Company project stakeholders, including engineering, design, procurement, construction, and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) teams. This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors, with approximately 30% of time spent indoors (site trailer) utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment, and 70% of time spent outside on the project site(s). Frequent travel required to project sites and Company offices. Short- and long-term (6-9 months) stays at project site locations which may be outside of the employee’s home state are required. Weekend and holiday work may be required to meet construction deadlines.
Fiscal Responsibilities:
With prior approval, the Superintendent can incur costs to support the project, such as purchasing and providing materials, snacks for workers, and first aid items. The Superintendent does not have authorization to execute agreements that make fiscal commitments for the Company (subcontracts, change orders, work authorizations).

The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple solar energy projects, through completion, at any given time. The responsibilities include coordination with the utilities and townships, permitting, resource management, incentive management, contractor negotiation, and construction management.
