Peyton Boswell, Managing Director, partners with EnterSolar’s corporate clients to deploy solar photovoltaic solutions on a sustainable and economically-accretive basis. After spending nearly 10 years with EnterSolar and the previous 20 years in the investment banking and corporate financial advisory industry, Peyton enjoys providing clients with uniquely creative solar investment alternatives tailored to their specific objectives and constraints.
Peyton has worked with businesses of all sizes, from small privately-owned companies to large multinational corporations, to develop comprehensive solar deployment strategies across facilities and real estate portfolios throughout the U.S.
Before joining the EnterSolar team, Peyton led solar development activities for Fortistar, and was the founder of RenewCo V.I., a renewable energy development firm based in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Prior to entering the solar industry, Peyton was a finance and investment banking professional with J.P. Morgan and Bank of America, primarily focused on private equity transactions, M&A advisory services and the coverage of corporate clients across a range of industry groups.
Peyton is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has a NABCEP Solar Technical Sales Certification.
He earned a B.A. from Cornell University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Steve Burns is the Vice President of Project Management at EnterSolar. Responsible for the entire project management team and function, Steve provides the leadership, coordination and management needed to ensure that all projects are sufficiently supported and successfully achieved.
Steve has extensive knowledge of all the facets of solar projects, from the economic evaluation to the technical installation. He works hand in hand with clients, installation crews, equipment vendors and local authorities on a daily basis. Understanding that our clients’ business and uninterrupted operations is the key to successful solar integration, Steve utilizes clear communication and provides the proper resources to ensure a seamless installation process. Steve has personally managed over 30MW of commercial solar projects across more than 40 sites. He has worked with many corporate clients, including Target Corporation, Swiss Re, Bloomberg L.P., Cornell Tech, BJ’s Wholesale and Clare Rose.
Steve is a NABCEP Certified PV Installer who is OSHA Certified and has received certifications in Arc Flash Safety and Aerial Platform Operation. He also works very closely with fire departments to provide on-site safety training and solar education.
Steve holds a B.S. from St. Johns University.
Jason Case is the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for leading MaxSolar, the O&M/Asset Management division of EnterSolar. Before joining the EnterSolar family, Jason was responsible for overseeing O&M activities for PSE&G’s Solar 4 All program, including 40MW of centralized solar plants and 40MW of pole-attached solar. Prior to that, he was a Commercial Solar Project Manager at RGS Energy. Jason has a diverse background with more than 15 years of experience in the construction/building, energy efficiency and solar industries.
Jason earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and NABCEP Photovoltaic Associate.
Mariah Cummings is the Director of Human Resources for EnterSolar, and she is responsible for managing employee recruitment, onboarding, training and professional development. She also helps oversee the organizational strategy and employee relations at the company. To ensure HR compliance, Mariah administers policy and procedures with a collaborative and inclusive attitude and is passionate about continuing to build a strong and successful workforce at EnterSolar. Prior to joining EnterSolar, Mariah was the Human Resources Specialist at the Real Estate Acquisition firm, Wedgewood.
Mariah is a certified member of The Society for Human Resource Management, and graduated with a BA in communications from the University of New Hampshire.
Jerry D’Arco is the Director of West Coast Engineering at EnterSolar. Based in the Los Angeles office, Jerry is responsible for managing the west coast engineering team and leading the project execution on the west coast. His comprehensive technical background and experience in the solar industry has helped him work on some of EnterSolar’s most complex projects, including non-exporting systems, custom carport and building canopy projects, as well as large-scale tracker systems.
Jerry’s passion for environmentalism is his motivation behind successful project execution. He believes in deliberate practice in any profession and is constantly learning and staying up-to-date with new technical methods to help keep EnterSolar at the forefront of the solar C&I space. Some of his project clients include Amazon, Facebook, Target, Cornell Tech and Sysco Foods.
Jerry is a North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Installation Professional and was recently awarded the Platinum Level Engineering Excellence award from the ACEC for his work on the Cornell University Tech Campus in conjunction with Tectonic Engineering. He has a B.S. in Applied Physics from Columbia University and a B.A. in Physics from College of the Holy Cross.
Geoff Dunican is the Vice President of Business Development and leads EnterSolar's business development efforts based out of the Los Angeles office. Geoff specializes in project origination, development and solar policy. Geoff is experienced in channeling the specific needs of corporate clients into concise proposals and strategies. He is also well versed in financing, investments, sustainability and renewable energy policy. Prior to joining EnterSolar, Geoff was an investment professional with eleven years of experience, primarily as a senior trader for a multi-strategy hedge fund.
Geoff holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University and a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University with a concentration in Renewable Energy Financing.
Lucie Dupas is the Vice President of Engineering for EnterSolar. With many years of experience as an engineer in the solar industry, she manages a team of project engineers and designers. Her extensive background in solar allows her to successfully lead a wide variety of projects, not limited to technical challenges. She has overseen several of EnterSolar's most complex projects, including non-export solar ground-mounted systems on landfills at a large chemical plant in Springfield MA, and the first ground-mounted system in New York City.
Prior to joining EnterSolar, Lucie started her career in solar working with Sollega, a solar racking company, as a VP of product, and then as a Senior Engineer at Bright Power, a NYC-based energy management company. She graduated from INSA Lyon with a Masters Degree in Energy Engineering. She is a NABCEP PV Installation Professional since 2015.
She is passionate about sustainability and believes that it is everyone's job to participate in the global effort to preserve our planet. Aside from her role at EnterSolar, she is also the Vice President of the Board of GreenHomeNYC, a volunteer-run nonprofit that provides sustainability education and networking events for young professionals in NYC.
Annie Gala is the Director of Marketing & Communications at EnterSolar, and she leads the development and execution of the marketing strategy at the company. She oversees the team responsible for managing campaigns, trade shows and events, digital marketing and public relations. As a firm believer in a responsive and collaborative approach to marketing, Annie strives to implement best practices across the board and prioritize analytics to maximize effectiveness and optimize returns on all marketing efforts. She is excited to help companies recognize the economic, environmental and community benefits of solar.
Prior to joining the EnterSolar team, Annie founded Guilty Goose Productions, a boutique marketing agency, with the goal of working closely with business owners to showcase the full impact a proper digital foundation can have on a company. For more than two years, Annie was able to grow the company’s client base in industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, cryptocurrency and renewable energy. Her previous work experience also includes leading digital marketing teams at Twin America and THOMASNET, where she gained expertise in marketing strategy, content creation, website design, social media, PPC, email marketing and SEO, while working with high-profile clients like RadioShack, Grayline Tourism and Macy’s.
Annie attended New York University’s Steinhardt School where she received a Bachelor’s degree with honors in English Education and a minor in Linguistics.
Edgar Lim is the Vice President of Technology & Procurement at EnterSolar and leads all technology review and procurement efforts for the organization. After spending more than a decade within the industry, Edgar has experience working in various capacities throughout the lifecycle of solar plus storage projects from business development through to asset management on over 200MW of projects.
Edgar’s career began with a startup residential solar developer based in Los Angeles, California. He eventually went on to lead their Engineering team and played a key role in scaling up their operations ten-fold within the first year. For his next chapter, he worked with a large-scale C&I solar developer based in New Jersey where he led the engineering efforts of 5-10MW solar projects including ground mount, rooftop, and parking lot canopy systems. He also started the firm’s Operations and Maintenance team to ensure proper preventative maintenance and maximum uptime of their solar assets.
Throughout his career, Edgar has worked with many corporate clients, including Target Corporation, Prologis, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Bloomberg, and Lineage Logistics, to develop their solar plus storage portfolio.
He is currently an Advisor on the SolarEdge Commercial Product Advisory Council and a reviewer on the Solar Power International Educational Committee. Edgar is a North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Installation Professional and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology George W. Woodruff School, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Christina Hatzistratis, Director of Business Development for EnterSolar is responsible for commercial solar project development and strategic customer relationships. She has nearly a decade of experience in commercial solar work, from project origination and development through structured financing to contract execution for Fortune 500 companies, schools and municipalities.
Her primary duties included sales development, maintaining pipelines, conducting site feasibility and analyzing energy profiles. Her expertise in the areas of strategic thinking and planning, corporate environmental and social responsibility provides clients with strategies and solutions to evolve their corporate responsibility programs and overall cost reduction initiatives.
Prior to joining EnterSolar, she held commercial business development roles with Panasonic, Cupertino Electric and SunWize Technologies. Christina’s customers included industry leaders such as Facebook, Intuit and Genentech.
Christina earned her B.A. in Business Administration, Finance at San Jose State University.
Dennis Phayre is a Business Development Director at EnterSolar and has over ten years of experience in commercial photovoltaic business development. Dennis has a wealth of experience gained in his time at SolarCity, Real Goods Solar, Alteris Renewables and Renewable Power Systems.
With a NABCEP Certification in PV Technical Sales, Dennis is focused on project origination, site assessment, incentive and financial analysis and proposal delivery. Dennis has a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from the State University of New York at Albany.
Danny Ptak is a Business Development Director at EnterSolar, who focuses solely on increasing the profitability and competitiveness of commercial, retail, and industrial companies with solar energy. He is deeply passionate about renewable energy and the compelling financial case it provides.
Danny has an outstanding track record of delivering solar projects and solar solutions for clients, often in difficult physical locations and legislative environments, and he has successfully developed over 200MW of rooftop, ground-mounted, and carport solar projects across the United States. He is highly regarded by his clients due to his focus on gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and tailoring financial and technical solar solutions that add unrivaled value to their balance sheets.
Prior to joining EnterSolar, Danny had a 15-year career in Management and Risk Consulting, working internationally across Europe, Central and South-eastern Asia, Africa, the South Pacific, and the Middle East. His work covered a broad range of private and public sectors including energy, resources, clean technology, property, finance, manufacturing, transport, and construction, and he was a key advisor in numerous Global M&A Deals that exceeded $1BN. Danny brings this experience and expertise to each and every solar project and solution he provides to clients.
Danny has a B.AS. in Environmental Management and has completed numerous management and technical solar courses of study. Danny is also a certified NABCEP PV Associate.
Kevin Purdy is a Director of Business Development for EnterSolar, and he is responsible for commercial solar project development and building strong strategic customer relationships. Kevin’s goal is to drive customer success and develop lasting partnerships.
For more than two decades, Kevin has worked in business development for the technology sector, starting in the industrial automation industry and later joining the solar industry. In his decade of experience in commercial solar industry, Kevin has been involved with implementing more than 1GW of solar projects through supplying solar inverters while at Advanced Energy. Over the past four years, he has shifted focus to solar project business development, and at EnterSolar, he works with clients to develop rooftop, carport and ground-mounted projects that meet their financial, business and sustainability needs.
Kevin prioritizes customers' business goals and provides solar solutions that meet their goals from a sustainability and a financial perspective. Understanding that each solar project opportunity is unique, Kevin takes responsibility to learn the individual client’s needs, share experiences and educate the client on current solar policies and technologies, all while being consistently transparent and responsive. He aims to make the client comfortable with solar technology and the project process and economics. As new technologies, such as battery storage, come into play with solar systems, Kevin is excited to develop projects that provide greater grid stability and offer clients another revenue stream. He is passionate about working in the solar industry, saving clients money on their electric spend and doing his part to preserve the environment. At EnterSolar, he feels fortunate to work with a great group of people who share his passions.
Kevin earned his B.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology.
Hannah is a Business Development Manager at EnterSolar, one of the largest commercial solar developers in the United States. EnterSolar offers turnkey solar solutions to companies like Amazon, Target, Bloomberg, and others by providing financing, engineering, project management, and system operations and maintenance. Hannah’s role as a Business Development Manager is to connect with business owners and executives to discuss how to execute solar photovoltaic projects to reduce operating expenses, add value to their real estate assets, and support their sustainability goals.
Prior to working at EnterSolar, Hannah interned at various organizations, including Earthjustice, the nation’s largest non-profit environmental law organization, and the Center for Talent Innovation, a think tank researching ways to leverage diverse talent across corporations.
Hannah received her B.A. in Public Policy and a Certificate in Marine Science and Conservation Leadership in 2015 from Duke University.
Bob Stickney is focused on solar development, financing and curriculum enhancements for schools. Before joining EntersolarEDU, Bob led northeast solar development for NextEra Energy and was head of sales for Mercury Solar Systems. Prior to the solar industry, Bob managed global sales for British Telecom and Infonet Services Corporation.
Bob earned a B.S. from Fairfield University and holds an MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
