The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple solar energy projects through completion at any given time. The responsibilities include coordination with the utilities and townships, permitting, resource management, incentive management, contractor negotiation, and construction management. The Project Manager interacts with clients throughout the entire project, from contract signature until transition to our O&M team.

The Sales Engineer will be working with our Engineering and Business Development teams to provide technical support during the pre-contract stage of projects. This individual will be responsible for helping ensure overall efficiency of the office as it relates to Executives, team leaders, and general business-related duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved cross-departmentally in administrative functions, and for someone to gain experience in the dynamic and rapidly-growing renewable energy industry!


Office Assistant

The Business Development Analyst ("BDA") will partner with Business Development Directors to prepare and deliver solar project analysis to commercial solar clients. The BDA will lead the financial analysis and client presentation process to structure client specific solar solutions. Responsibilities also include researching federal, state, and utility-specific incentives and policy, as well as analyzing utility bill rates and tariffs. Clear communication skills, strong business acumen, and team collaboration skills are required

The Estimating Analyst will be working with our Procurement, Engineering, Business Development and Project Management teams to analyze costs and provide competitive pricing to support our project pipeline. Estimating is the critical piece to a company’s profitability and this position offers an opportunity for growth. Business Development Director

Business Development Directors are responsible for project origination, incentive and financial analysis, proposal development, contracting and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients. Business Development Directors stay current with federal, state, and utility solar policies in multiple markets, and deliver high-value solar energy solutions to new and existing clients.

Project Engineer

Project Engineers are responsible for all technical aspects of solar energy projects, from preliminary interconnection application to final commissioning. The responsibilities include site assessments, preliminary design, system specification, management of third party engineers, new technology evaluation, quality control during construction, vendor relationships and procurement. The project engineers work closely with project managers and interact with vendors, third party engineers and contractors to ensure a high quality installation.

The Project Management Administrator will work alongside the Project Management team. The qualified candidates should be bright and hard-working, with a strong interest in environmental sustainability and renewable energy. The admin will have the ability to learn all aspects of Commercial Solar Projects which includes, marketing and business development, project financing, and project engineering, while gaining a thorough understanding of managing a solar installation.

Project Management

The Solar O&M Technician is required to troubleshoot/resolve solar electrical equipment issues, such as emergency repairs, design change requirements, and equipment modifications/upgrades. This position is also responsible for preventative maintenance activities to support an optimum level of system performance.

Operations & Maintenance Tech

The Project Finance Analyst will drive the financial modeling and business development for commercial solar clients. The responsibilities include coordinating with debt and equity providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation, leading the financial analysis and client presentation process to structure client specific financing solutions, and researching federal, state and utility specific incentive programs to identify new solar markets across the country. Responsibilities also include presenting detailed analyses to clients and developing, building, and maintaining financial models for internal analysis and presentations.
