Office Assistant

EnterSolar is now accepting applications for an Office Assistant position located in New York. The qualified candidate should be organized, diligent, and demonstrate a positive demeanor.

The Office Assistant is an essential part of our business. This individual will be responsible for helping ensure overall efficiency of the office as it relates to Executives, team leaders, and general business-related duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved cross-departmentally in administrative functions, and for someone to gain experience in the dynamic and rapidly-growing renewable energy industry!


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming phone calls & direct to appropriate person/department 
  • Greet all visitors/guests; offer refreshments 
  • Maintain conference room calendars and cleanliness after meetings 
  • Manage Chief Financial Officer’s direct phone line through RingCentral and report received messages 
  • Help support CEO and Managing Director 
  • Manage office mailing, receive deliveries  
  • Assist with travel arrangements 
  • Procure office supplies, snacks, office furniture and equipment
  • Manage monthly office clean-up efforts
  • Assist interns with direct mail
  • Coordinate with Building Manager as needed
  • Assist with office event planning
  • Maintain organized office space including office pantry
  • Ensure important documents are kept up-to-date

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of similar administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive demeanor
