Mike Gevertz is a Business Development Director focused on helping companies and real estate owners create value and meet their sustainability goals through on-site solar and energy solutions.
Prior to joining EnterSolar, Mike was a Director at Enhanced Capital, where he helped build and manage the firm’s solar tax equity business by working with corporate and individual investors to lower their tax liabilities by investing in solar projects. During this time, he originated, underwrote and executed solar tax equity transactions that supported the development of more than 175MW of residential, commercial, community and utility-scale solar projects across the U.S.
Mike also serves on the Advisory Board for Propagate Ventures, which is supporting the growth of agroforestry and regenerative agriculture by providing a turnkey development solution to farmers and land managers seeking to establish tree-crop systems on existing farm operations.
Mike earned a B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College, completing his junior year in the General Course at the London School of Economics. Mike also earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs where he was Co-President of Columbia’s Impact Investment Initiative (CI3).
